The Upper Basilica

The Upper Basilica, with Gothic architectural forms, has a simple gabled facade with a central rose window and a majestic splayed portal.

On the sides of the rose window are the four Evangelists.

It consists of a single large room with a transept.

The space of the church is large and slender.

The large windows of the spans, the rose window and the windows of the transept, ensure strong lighting, which contrasts with the penumbra of the lower basilica.
